SHIPPING & REFUNDS

Please read our policy below to ensure you understand our terms and conditions

USA SHIPPING INFORMATION

  • CABALLO SWIM delivers nationally using USPS.

  • Delivery will be made within 3-10 business days from the day of purchase.

  • A tracking number will be emailed to you upon dispatch, please track your order here

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

  • We recommend that all packages are sent to a company/business address for faster delivery.

  • CABALLO SWIM uses USPS for international orders.

  • Unfortunately we cannot ship to PO Box addresses.

  • If the parcel is undelivered and needs to be resent, the customer will be charged an administrative fee of $15 before the goods are redelivered.

  • In the instance that a change of address is required following dispatch, you will be charged an administrative fee of $25 before the goods are delivered.

  • Australian orders will take approximately 14 business days from the date of purchase to arrive to you, unless you request a faster shipping time, which may incur additional fees.

  • Delivery is Monday - Friday USA, Nashvile TN dispatch time.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your parcel has left our warehouse you will be emailed tracking information so that you can follow up on where your order is. Simply use that tracking number to follow your item.​

SHIPPING CHARGES

  • All shipping costs are estimated at the checkout procedure on the CABALLO SWIM website.

  • Shipping is based on weight and your chosen delivery method.

  • Please allow 24 hours (48 hours for international customers due to time zones) from placing your order, before trying to track it, and 5 days before querying your order with customer service representatives at CABALLO SWIM.

  • Please be aware that any items shipped internationally may be subject to import duties and taxes applicable to your country / or the country you are shipping to. You will be responsible for additional charges that incur for customs clearance; CABALLO SWIM has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary from country to country; CABALLO SWIM recommends that you contact your local customs office for further information.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We gladly offer free returns on all FULL PRICED PRODUCTS within 14 days of purchase for USA based customers only. CLEARANCE Items are not returnable. CABALLO SWIM will only offer a return/exchange if the item is faulty; you must retain a copy of your receipt for all refunds and product exchanges. Please choose carefully when purchasing CABALLO SWIM. If you have any other issues about your purchase please contact the CABALLO SWIM team and we will gladly assist you.

 

If an exchange or refund is approved, please follow the instructions below:

  • Please include a copy of your invoice as well as a reason for the return. If you do not include this paperwork, your processing time could be delayed.

  • Please ensure the return is sent back to us using registered post. Unfortunately we cannot be held accountable for parcels going missing, therefore we advise you take note of a tracking number when returning the goods.

  • Please include a copy of your invoice so that the return can be processed. 

  • Products which are deemed to be faulty by our quality control department, will be refunded in the same way which the order was paid.

  • In the event that you are eligible for refund, you will receive the following notification:

    • If you paid by credit card/direct deposit you will be refunded the return amount back into the same account. This may take 2-3 working days to clear (international customers will be mailed a money order. You will be notified by email once your refund has been processed.

  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept ANY returns or exchanges on swimwear which has been worn.

  • We will only refund you your monies in the event that the goods purchased are faulty, provided the fault is not due to wear and tear, and is a manufacturing fault. This will be determined on the return of the item and once assessed.

  • Customers will be liable for shipping costs.

  • We cannot process your return until we receive your goods. All returns must be accompanied by a proof of purchase.
